Privacy notice

What happens to information you send FirstShow.

FirstShow is operated by ZalaStack Inc. This notice covers information submitted through firstshow.ca and direct follow-up about that request.

What we collect

The inquiry form asks whether you represent a host or a brand, your organization or company, email address, city or region, and the need or opportunity you describe. Basic technical and security records may also be created when the site or form endpoint is used.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate site use, including pages viewed, referring sites, approximate location, browser, device, and performance information. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage, fingerprint people, or track visitors across websites. We use these reports to operate and improve the site, not to identify individual visitors.

Why we use it

We use the information to understand your request, reply to you, plan a sensible next step when appropriate, prevent abuse, and maintain records required for an active business relationship. Submitting the form does not add you to a marketing list.

Service providers and processing outside Canada

Vercel hosts the website and form endpoint. Valid form submissions are delivered to Ahmed through Telegram so the request can be reviewed, and a response may be sent by email. These providers may process or store information outside Canada under their own infrastructure and terms. We do not sell form information.

Retention and safeguards

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, complete follow-up you request, protect the service, and meet legal, accounting or recordkeeping obligations. Access is limited to the business accounts used to operate the inquiry process. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your inquiry information, withdraw a request, or raise a privacy concern. Some information may need to be kept where the law or an active contractual record requires it.
